You ever see those "Keep Off the Grass" signs before? Well, that applies to this area entirely, as every time you walk over a panel it becomes grass. If you step back on the grass, a gavel will appear and chase you down. And unless you're right next to an exit, it will catch you as it doesn't have to go on the panels to move. Get caught, and Mega Man gets put on trial and take damage depending on ow many grass panels you ran over. You also get sent back a bit.

But at the end of this awaits Judge Man, as well as that special guest Ito mentioned. And it's Colonel. For some reason he's working with this "organization" that's after the Cybeasts. Why he's doing this he won't say, but he's deadset on being our enemy. But before he can attack us, he's intercepted by another navi who seems to be in the Comp. He's keeping himself hidden but he's slashing at Colonel in a flash. Hmm...Slashing... Anyway, Colonel leaves to deal with him while we take on Judge Man. __
