Oh. This one.

Without the Magnet Beam, this stage is a bastard, a nasty and spiteful piece of work with some of the worst platforming physics around, only made further frustrating by the unpredictable and often completely unhelpful non-pattern that the platforms fly around in. And then there's all those piece of shit penguins that can (and will) knock you off and down into the void below (never mind the bullets that the platforms themselves also fire).

Ice Man himself though is a joke. Three hits from Elec Man's weapon (a remarkably easy task to complete) and he's fried. His stupid projectiles can still do damage once he's dead though for some inexplicable reason. Thanks, Capcom.
