So after rescuing our last Rock Force member, we ask where Justice Man is since he was with them. However, they don't know, so we go to Dr. Light to see if he knows anything. However, there's a bigger issue at hand. Apparently, the energies of the the Robot Masters are combining, making new ones for us to combat. You only face 4 on a playthrough, and which 4 you face depends on whether the last Robot Master you beat was in a corner or not. Although now seems like the perfect opportunity for the Rock Force to shine.

Also, let's ignore the fact that Thrill Man isn't blue here. __
