Mega Man VII [SNES] Playthrough #11, Spring Man
This is video #11 in my playthrough of Mega Man VII. The seventh stage that Mega Man explores is the bouncy and partly confusing Spring Man stage. This stage is bouncier than Tigger's tail.
When Mega Man reaches an area with a long ladder going up to the ceiling, he can use the Rush Search to acquire a Mega Energy Capsule (time index 2:21). If he is hurting for energy at this point, this will be quite helpful.
On the level above, he can use the Rush Search to acquire a Mega Bolt on the midair platform (time index 2:49).
The next area is a big open area. By going to the upper-left and then to the upper-right, Mega Man can acquire an Energy Tank.
In the upper-left corner of the room, Mega Man can rotate the fist-in-the-box to knock the big block out of the way (time index 4:00). After doing so, he can go into the room to the left and acquire Auto's Screw. This will halve the prices in Auto's shop!
At the end of the stage (time index 6:10), Mega Man will encounter Spring Man, who has a definite spring in his step. The Slash Claw will make short work out of him. When Spring Man leaps into the air, slide under him to evade his punch. Then, when he comes down, hit him with the Slash Claw. Way too easy!
After defeating Spring Man, Mega Man acquires the Wild Coil, a chargeable weapon that fires one coil ahead and another backwards.
Thanks for watching!
