Mega Man X: Part 10: Locating Sigma's Base & Finding the Remaining Tank Upgrades
1After beating all 8 Mavericks for the first time, X & Zero finally find the fortress Sigma's hiding in. Zero heads on in by himself, while you can have X march through whenever you want.
So I choose not to do that, and instead get the rest of the Heart Tanks & Sub Tanks for the game that I missed. Now that I have every Maverick weapon, and more armor, this should be possible.

Here's the stages I go through, and the kind of Tank I'm getting out of each.
Spark Mandrill's Stage: Sub Tank
Chill Penguin's Stage: Heart Tank
Boomerang Kuwanger's Stage: Heart Tank
In Spark Mandrill's stage, the Sub Tank of it is near the corner of the first section of the stage. You are only able to grab it with the Boomerang Cutter.
In Chill Penguin's stage, you have to use the first mech you get to give yourself a boost to higher ground. From there, the first blue building in snow that you see must be destroyed by the Fire Wave in order to get the Heart Tank.
In Boomerang Kuwanger's stage, you find the Heart Tank on a platform above you after climbing the tower from the outside. Once again, you'll need the Boomerang Cutter to get it.

For me, after doing this, X should have all of his Heart Tanks, Sub Tanks, & Armor Upgrades. The next video will show you how to get his final secret upgrade: The Hadoken!
