Spyro the Dragon: Part 20: Touring Terrace Village
3Terrace Village is the first of the dark swampy locals of Beast Makers. It's full of green & purple Gnorcs ready to zap you with their weapons and floors.
As I learn at around 0:42, you can even kill big enemies with those fans, but you have to get close to them after they hit them.

The dragons you find here are:
Claude: The bluish-purple dragon that warns Spyro of the Gnorcs and their discovery of electricity. It really stings!
Cyprin: An interesting redish dragon that's just chillin' out. Enjoying the view. He's eager for Spyro to tell all the dragons about his journey. He's seems a bit disappointed when all Spyro wants to do is get out of this swampy world.

There are sealed metal boxes here, so you must find a way to reach their rockets to break them open.
Remember, at this point, there are no more Dragon Eggs, though that doesn't mean there won't be any more thieves...
Spyro: "Hey, are you stuck?"
Cyprin: "Nope. Just chillin'".
