Annoying auto-scrolling stage again. It sucks having to fight the submarine every time you enter this stage. Anyway,Zero can destroy the laser blasters on the Sub's face more quickly than X can,just use Crescent Slashes and ground attacks quickly. You'll face the head as a miniboss when it stops,watch out for it's large laser attack. Then you'll face the tail end of the ship,keep destroying the torpedo launchers to make the trip down easier. Again you face it as a miniboss when it stops at the bottom. Head through the sunken ship,and then you'll face the Sub one last time as it ascends to the boss room. Take out the cannons on the way up while avoiding being crushed by platforms above. Remember to target the blue thing when you fight it to expose the core and attack it. Duff McWhalen creates ice blocks that can make pathways,and even ice spikes that instantly kill you. He can also try to push you into the spikes to the right of the stage with said ice blocks. Zero's spinning attack from Crescent Grizzly will stun him every time it hits,making this boss a cinch. Zero's aerial dash becomes an ice attack with some invincibility for winning,called the F-Splasher.
