A simple playthrough of Mega Man X5 featuring the third Zero Space level. Playing as Zero will result with X himself being the stage's boss due to a little misunderstanding courtesy of Lifesaver. I used Zero in this playthrough so that he could get the Black upgrade in order for him to stand a chance against Sigma by the time I use him in the finale. Initially, I thought that traversing the stage as Zero is difficult due to the presence of spikes and bottomless pits, but it's actually a piece of cake with his Frost Splasher and Crescent Sword abilities.

X himself fights using the Ultimate Armor and uses weapons obtained from Mega Man X4 for some reason. These weapons include Soul Body and Frost Tower. He is actually easy to beat provided that you have obtained the necessary upgrades and storage.

This should have been the grand finale battle for this game instead of Sigma. The best scenario I could think of this is that Sigma will be defeated as usual and then Zero will awaken due to his over-exposure to the virus. After the X vs Zero fight Sigma will emerge again and blast them from behind as seen in the ending cutscene and everything will go as what happened.
