Zero 2's endgame is quite easy compared to the rest of the game (not counting the final stage) though it throws a few hard boss fights at you. Rainbow Devil would be one of the worst fights in the game except you can manipulate it fairly consistently because of how basic the stage is.

Manipulating Rainbow Devil isn't that difficult to do minus one enemy. If you kill the enemies the way I do here Rainbow Devil will give the same pattern each time. However there are some things to keep in mind.
-The pantheons with the cannons are the biggest RNG changers in the stage. They change RNG every frame while they charge. With how the stage goes, this is only an issue with the pantheon at 0:16. If you want the manip I get in this run make sure when you kill that pantheon that the RNG value is 1443277425.
-It's slightly faster to kill the cannon pantheon at 0:14 but not only does it make getting the manip harder but killing it while going fast is really dumb to do. So I opt for a wall jump for consistency.
-The enemy at 0:23 can change RNG from the snowflakes bouncing around. As long as you're fast it shouldn't be an issue.

RNG Values you want to be at:
-After passing the first cannon pantheon - 1595592339
-After passing the second cannon pantheon - 11077000
-After killing the third cannon pantheon - 1443277425
-When dropping down at 0:22 - 575875041
-After passing the fire enemy at 0:26 - 1388668624
-Entering the boss room - 1176247885
-During the warning siren - 1783006189

As for the fight you want to do three charge slash into triple slash into charge chain combos then you do two charge slash into triple slash combos. The third combo in particular is quite picky to pull off without getting hit (if you time the damage boost before it right you can avoid getting hit by the first projectile he shoots) or triggering charge cooldown from touching the ground too soon. If you're not confident at doing the last combo you can dash towards the wall which manipulates him to do his spinning attack.

Boss fight is kinda annoying in general. It's quite easy to miss a hit because of how small his hitbox is.
