Mega Man Zero! Reawaken To Another Series, Once Again - GBA
2It's time to check out Mega Man Zero. This is a new series for the Game Boy Advanced starring Zero as the main character, who awakens in the middle of another reploid war. The story is definitely the highlight of this game with a very interesting twist on who is friend and foe. The gameplay tries to dip a little into the metroidvania style by connecting the levels together but it could have been executed better, especially if there was a map. You have a central base filled with some npc's that can upgrade your character with a new cyber-elf system. Basically you grind until your brain melts to increase your max health or gain temporary buffs but I barely got to upgrade anything by the end of the game. You're also able to switch between elements for your weapons to figure out boss weaknesses. Overall, I really like the art style and redesign of this new series.
