This is one of the better-known quick-kills in Mega Man ZX, and there are a number of ways to do it, with some being easier than others.

Fistleo is one of the more notorious bosses in the game, primarily due to his weak point (his head) being in constantly in the way of his body, making it extremely difficult for most players to get a Lv.4 victory and a full-powered Model F.

With the right timing and spacing, however, your sabers' arcs can strike his body while avoiding his head, and once that first clean hit has landed, the rest is very straightforward.
