This is just footage of the second and third levels of Men in Black - The Series: Crashdown on the PS1. I'm playing it on a PS2 with texture smoothing on, and I edited out the load times, and mission briefing in between the levels.

I just got this game in a PS1 game lot today, and was pleasantly surprised by it. It's not based on the MIB movies, but on the cartoon show that came later.

I haven't played too far into it, but so far my only complaints come with a few control problems. The default control is all wrong, but luckily, they have a preset that mimics modern dual stick control (one for movement, and one for aiming) the aim speed is a little slow, and whenever you go uphill, or downhill it shifts your aim making it hard to hit enemies when you're moving in those instances.

Other than that it's a decent little FPS game, that even I overlooked.
