Additionally, Facebook Messenger’s large and ever-growing user base, which reached over 1.3B monthly users in late 2017, provides great opportunities for further growth in Messenger games. All in all, Messenger is becoming fast a viable platform. Yet, it reminds some people of the early “wild west” in canvas games while the marketplace is maturing very quickly.
