This is part seven of my run of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Subsistence Version, for the Playstation 2 with No Kills, Alerts, Cheats, or Deaths on Normal Difficulty. Here, we go through a river, find a Sniper Rifle, and see Sokolov almost escape.
0:23 - Believe it or not, these actually existed during these time, but were noisy as all hell.
0:32 - That fruit looks like it should grow off a tree.
0:55 - I will be using camouflage in this small section, but I will take it off when it goes to cutscene.
1:13 - From what I've heard, you can just crouch over the water and the effect will be achieved, but I've never risked it, and besides, my way seems much faster.
1:49 - This little branch here is obscure enough so that it took me a few plays through to actually see it.
2:03 - I've noticed that the Croc. Cap seems to be completely useless here.
2:06 - I was trying to put on the Suppressor, but realized that I had none.
3:24 - This also doesn't count towards your kill count.
3:55 - I won't actually use this SVD to kill The End or really anyone, but it is easier to use to concentrate my aim than the Binoculars.
4:42 - If I hadn't already mentioned it, this is for continuity between cutscenes.
5:18 - Was he trying to escape? He made it pretty far then.
5:32 - Okay, I got to admit, that was a pretty good job of selling extended pain, most actors have problems with that, but this one did really well.
5:46 - That wasn't really necessary to say, it was already sort of implied.
6:01 - Wow, he's pretty strong if he can lift a 90 - 110 pound woman with one arm.
6:06 - Uhhhhhhhh.
6:13 - I have no idea what that means.
6:33 - WHERE DID HE COME FROM!?
6:48 - This next scene is pretty pointless, and I'm not sure why Ocelot wanted to do this.
7:14 - So he has a 1 in 3 chance? I'm pretty Ocelot keeps track of which gun has the bullet, and fires that one six times.
7:21 - Oh, Ocelot can Juggle huh? I'm not sure why he would ever learn to do it with guns though.
7:40 - Okay, does this need to happen, IN EVERY GAME!? except the fourth one if my memory serves me correctly.
7:53 - Snake: OWWWWWW!
8:01 - What about accidentally getting some kills from Stray bullets?
8:07 - He's laughing at how entirely pointless that is.
8:28 - I guess they all found out Ocelot went out on his own.
8:33 - Looking at the structure of a Revolver, it doesn't seem that hard to do that.
8:52 - Sorry for the fade out, but I was trying to keep the Video times even so that I didn't have ten videos at 10:59 and one at 1:00.
