Metal Gear Solid: Ghost Babel part 2
0Welcome SimuSquad and all others to another glorious retro adventure! We are in part 2 of Metal Gear Solid: Ghost Babel for Game Boy Color! For a Game Boy Color game, it looks amazing! The sprites look amazing, and the color pallet it great. It looks great.
This stream we only did two levels versus the four stages we got last time. The Barracks is a huge maze, and giant puzzle. I have to use different colored boxes to travel through different conveyor belt gates to go to different areas. The issue is that all the conveyor belts are one way, so making a wrong turn can cause me to have to backtrack a long way through tight corridors, enemies, and elevators. After I get through all of that, I find the doctor who designed Metal Gear. He's a bit of a wank, but we save him after wandering around for a while.
The next stage was the Dark Barracks which was the same thing as before, but with the lights off. I had to take different routes, and new elevators, but I'm able to sneak my way out. After being spotted a few times, of course. Just before I can get out of the barracks, we run into our next boss, Marionette Owl! Of course, we now have to problem of how to fight a boss in the dark.
