The DARPA Chief is dead,but we have a Level 1 PAN Card now. Next destination is basement level 2 using the elevator. Some of the rooms down here are open,so grab the supplies in them,especially C4 and Socom Ammo. Be careful as some of the halls here have traps that drop you down a pit. The southeastern wall can be destroyed with C4,look for the discoloration. You'll soon find Kenneth Baker all tied up to C4. BOSS FIGHT: Revolver Ocelot. Runs around the room attempting to shoot you. He can bounce bullets off walls when he can't see you. The best time to hit him is when he stops briefly to reload his gun. You can hit him a good few times while he's trying to reload and running around. After it's over,some kind o Cyborg Ninja cuts off Ocelot's hand and frees Kenneth,and then runs off. Apparently Kenneth told the terrorists his detonation codes through torture. He says he gave his PAL Key to a woman,and had been in contact with her. Too bad he forgot her Codec number. He also mentions a scientist named Hal Emerich may be able to help stop Metal Gear,in the nuclear storage building. The 2 talk about war and weapons and stuff for a while,but eventually Kenneth dies the same way the DARPA Chief did,from some heart attack or something. Coincidence? I think not. Least we got a Level 2 PAN Card from him.
