0Crawling through the vents after just entering Shadow Moses. You'll meet Snake's master by Codec,and that the DARPA Chief has been moved to the 1st floor basement by some guards. When you can walk around again,there's some Chaff Grenades where you exit the vent,and Thermal Goggles in a room with a camera. You'll have to avoid another camera and 2 more guards as you head downstairs to the elevator. The DARPA Chief is definitely down 1 floor on your radar. Climb through another vent to reach him. Grab the Socom bullets in there too. Donald explains that they were working on Metal Gear,a walking battle tank. They were gonna test out Metal Gear Rex's with raw data when FOX-HOUND showed up and captured them. Snake might be able to stop Metal Gear if he gets the PAL Keys to turn on the safety lock. He gives us a clue to head down to the next basement floor,and gives us a Level 1 PAN Card. It's at this point he starts freaking out,and apparently dies of a heart attack. After a minute or so,someone will let Snake out of the cell. It's some rookie guard. No time to talk though,guards start pouring in. Whip out your Socom pistol. You stun guards when they're shot,so try to rotate between shooting them. Hopefully they'll drop ammo or rations when they die. One wave will send out grenades,so be prepared to hug the wall. The guy helping us runs off after the fight. This fight can go sour really quickly,so might be an idea to save before leaving the cell.
