Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Fusion for Game Boy Advance. I am going for 100% pickups, as well as trying to beat it under two hours. Oddly enough, the main items do not count toward the percentage at all, so extra Power Bomb expansions were added.

Samus goes to the Observation Deck, only to find the SA-X once again. Once she easily defeats it, she changes the station's orbit, having only three minutes to escape. Once she gets to the landing area, she finds in place of her ship a horribly mutated Omega Metroid. Having no way of damaging it, she almost dies fighting it, but then receives unexpected help from the SA-X. She then absorbs it to regain the Ice Beam and get the new "Omega Suit" to defeat the Omega Metroid. She then escapes safely.

I get the under 2 hours 100% ending, thus ending my Metroid Fusion 100% walkthrough. Expect to see Zero Mission up soon.
