Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Zero Mission for Game Boy Advance. I am going for 100% pickups, doing it in Hard Mode, and am trying to beat it under two hours.

Since I am going through Hard Mode, the pickups are halved (one Super Missile per tank, half energy per tank, etc.). Also, even though I have the sequential Main Item list, I will be doing some sequence breaking for a faster time.

I head on to the Chozo Ruins, finding another Unknown Item and the Power Grip. With those, I find a bunch of expansions and powerups in Norfair. I also obtain the Super Missiles very early thanks to the Speed Booster.
