The B.O.X. Security Robot became an X-Host so it's my duty to destroy it. But there were complications: The SA X was tracking me and I had to leave Sector 6 after defeating the Security Robot. After defeating it, I obtained the Wave Beam, which allowed me to enter a restricted area and I discovered a horrible sight: The Federation was creating a secret Metroid breeding program from a cell culture of the last Metroid of SR388, along with Alpha, Gamma and Zeta Metroids in specimen tanks.

The Galactic Federation wanted to get rid of the Metroids on SR388 due to the fact that they were a danger to the galaxy, yet they wanted them back because they wanted to use them as bioweapons. Gotta live the irony of this situation.
