Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

I find another Missile Expansion, and I have to battle another Berserker Lord. Easier thanks to the Plasma Beam, more annoying due to the Grapple Point in the middle. But once I defeat him, I am able to get the first component of the Theronian bomb.
