Notes:

I brought the truck to block the convoy's path. Getting into the village to take the intel file isn't too hard if you stick to the upper parts of the mountain. The prisoner is fairly easy to save and is something simple to do while waiting for the convoy to show up. Both the horse and the truck can block the convoy for a significant amount of time. It didn't work as planned, but you can ride past the road and block it with the horse again.
