Re-upload... need to explain the whole thing over again x(

Ok.. first of all I did not discover/decipher/cracked or whatever the existence of Charm Table. All credits goes to the respective people (although I don't know who these guys are)

What? You don't know what Charm Table is? Sorry, but I guess you have to go Google something about it first... then go back on this vid after learning some stuffs about it

Enough of the craps... it's time to begin

First the things that you'll be needing
1. The Kelbi Horn Reward
go here: http://adf.ly/1YS8cf
2. A stop watch
3. PSP
4. Comprehension
5. Google.com

Ok after having all of those craps above go watch the vid

here's a step-by-step guide on how to go to your desired charm table
1. Decide on what table you want to go and then refer to this list bellow

T: Stands for Table
s: Stands for Seconds
T1 - 02s/07s/16s/41s/44s/45s/50s/56S/57s
T2 - 05s/36s/40s/58s
T3 - 09s/10s/35s/47s
T4 - 26s/34s/46s/54s
T5 - 06s/21s/37s/48s
T6 - 04s/11s/14s/32s/39s/49s/51s
T7 - 13s/17s/23s/27s/30s/31s/38s/53s/59s
T8 - 18s/20s/29s/43s/55s
T9 - 15s/19s/52s
T10 - 00s/01s/08s/22s/25s/28s
T11 - 12s/33s/42s
T12 - 03s/24s

After that, subtract 9 seconds to the chosen T's SECONDS

Example: My Vid
I want to go to T5. I chose "T5 - 21s". Now do some math
21s - 9s = 12s

and so I ended up on T5

*NOTE: As what I heard from my fellow hunters, there are 13 tables. the other one not included in the list is what they call "Special Table"... because it is special that's why they call it Special. I don't know if this is even true or just some kind of myth or rumor. anyway, lez proceed

2. Go to XMB (that means HOME/Main Menu/or whatever you call it)
3. Go to the left-most icon and navigate to Date and Time Settings and manually set the Seconds of the PSP clock to ZERO (HH:MM:00)... you do understand what that means, right?)
4. Wait for the seconds to tick (in the vid I waited 12s) and start the game exactly at the exact time the PSP clock hits the result you had in #1 (Again, in my case it was 12s)
5. Go talk to Village Chief and take the Kelbi Horn quest
6. Deliver the horns and wait for the rewards page to come out. Then refer to the Kelbi Horn Reward link in "things that you need"
7. If done correctly then you are now on your desired Charm Table. If not, then retry

Here are some tips for those who keep on falling on the wrong tables even with
the help of the "T# - #s"

- In some cases, even if you have waited and started the game exactly on what the subtracted T's you still fall on the wrong table. The first thing that you need to do is to identify what is the Table that you currently are. Check the rewards that you got and refer to the Kelbi Horn Reward. If those rewards fall on somewhere before or after your desired table then simply do a + or - on the -9s

Here's an example (I'll use false data here for the rewards, coz I'm too lazy to check the Kelbi Reward)
Let's say that I want to go to T8 and I chose 20s whose reward is "Kelbi horn x1".
Then I did the -9s (20s - 9s = 11s).
Started the game exactly at 11s, took the Kelbi Quest, checked the rewards but then... the rewards are "Kelbi Horn x1 | Kelbi Horn x1", which was the reward for T1 - 19s (19s - 9s = 10s).
So now I'm on T1 - 19s(10s)... but I want to go to T8 - 20s(11s)!
I then formulated an equation... If I fall on a table whose "s"(10s) is before my desired "s"(11s), then I should do a +1s on -9s... and so that would be -8s
Now the time that I need to wait for would 12s (20s - 8s = 12s)
Restarted everything and waited for 12s... And so I then ended up on T8 - 20s...

So simply count the number of "T# - #S" from your desired table. Then if it's BEFORE, make a + on -9, and the opposite works on AFTER the desired table which will be a - on -9

- Another thing is the PSP and Mem Card Read's speed. There are some Mem Card who have delays on starting ISO files.. although these delays are just milliseconds (like .3s or .5s for some) the effect is really noticeable. So it's up to you to figure out whether what delay your PSP have

You can also try this Charm Table analyzer guide in contrast of this vid.
http://adf.ly/1YSA1Y
The guide lets you look up a charm belonging to what table and pretty much see what each table contains. The Excel file in it is a summary of all available charms in game used by the application as a database (yes you can actually see what the legit values of each skills for every available charms)
So let's say you you we're browsing the Excel file in you leisure and saw Focus5lAtk9, you can use the charm table analyzer to see which table it belongs to by inputting those skill along with its skill points
