There are multiple Deco Farm Even Quests available now but I would argue that Day of Ruin is the most consistent. Compared to other options in this arena, Teostra is a much easier fight than Lunastra or Kushala. I highly recommend farming this quest for everyone trying to finish their Deco grind, especially now post-Fatalis patch with both better armor sets available AND better drop tables from Sealed Feystones. Make sure to use Flasj Pods for the Dragonrazer setup as they seem to aggro the monsters from father away than just stones etc... making this more consistent. Also try to put on Rocksteady BEFORE Teostra gets close, as he might see you and roar, interrupting your Dragonrazer pull. I encourage you to use whatever weapon you feel safest evading ALL of Teostra's attacks with, and to just use Rocksteady / Temporal and go all-in on head damage. Teostra's head topples are easy to get, and the area near the Dragonrazer has walls in 3 directions which makes Wallbangs much easier. If you want to use the Ballista Binder, use it early because Wallbanging Teostra into the ballista breaks it... and some other actions can also break it. With a team farming this quest, the Ballista Binder is more useful. However solo like this, I would just ignore it. Good luck out there.
