Let's have a look at the Nintendo "Mickey Mouse" (MC-25) Game & Watch game from 1981 and its Soviet cousin Игра На Экране (Game on the screen), called Электроника 24-01, from 1984-5.

Interestingly there was some issue with the Mickey character being used in some areas (including Australia) so there was another version simply called "Egg" (EG-26) in which Mickey was replaced with a Wolf. This game also had a Soviet version (Электроника ИМ-02) that used the Wolf and Hare characters from their "Ну, Погоди!" cartoon ("Well, Just You Wait!").

The Soviet versions were produced in a few places and were apparently priced at SUR23 (Soviet Rubles).
