Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Part 27: The Wraith’s Name
1So, after showing up to talk to Gollum, we find out that he is a no-show (more than likely because Talion threaten his life last time we talked) and so, we decided to follow his footsteps once more. However, as we saw last time, there was a rather large creature, called a Graug, blocking our entrance. After some clever tactics (that the game told me to do; you thought I came up with a good plan?), we had a small window to get into the cave and that is when we start off here. Once inside, we find out that there are a bunch of ghuls in here with me so we get to deal with them along with a massive Graug blocking our exit. One inside though, we get a bunch of information about the Wraith in a pretty cool cut-scene that explains a lot about him (although, you might have figured out who he is like twenty videos ago). We also get a new ability called Shadow Strike that seems pretty cool; It is sort of like a blinking ability that allows us to damage an enemy while being teleported to them. It’s pretty cool but I haven’t used it as much as I probably should have. After learning some pretty cool information, we head on over to Hirgon to help him continue his plan to draw out the Black Hand. All he wants is several large barrels of Grog which means we have a small escort mission on our hands.
