This video is the start of some gameplay bits from my live streams as I take on Middle-Earth: Shadow of War. Catch the rest on my playlist.

There a lot of cool quality of life improvements and new features added to the Middle-Earth design - little things like being able to get the details on a captain as soon as he spots you rather than manually having to go into your army page. The mod system has been replaced by loot, the orcs are now divided into tribes as well as different classes, giving them more character, there are legendary armor sets to find and many more maps to explore in the sequel based on what the region map hints at. All very nice.

For anyone wondering, I am happy I got through Shadow of Mordor first as it helps me appreciate the improvements more and I am off to a quicker start with the nemesis system and navigating the terrain. It is definitely worth a run through before sinking your teeth into War.
