This is a discussion video describing more fundamental tactics for new survivors to understand. Sit back, have some tea, and enjoy.

TLDR for this 2nd round:
1. Drive on the road, maximizes the speed advantage of being in a car. Stop at the nearest bonfire to your objective when you drop off the team.
2. Leader/Support classes are not as strong but they can help in combat by clearing basic units quickly to remove possession options. Do not get tunnel vision, toe-to-toe with tougher enemies that should be faced off by the warrior.
3. The hunter is best suited to hunt the flautist and should be prepared for that job if facing the necromancer.
4. Everyone should collect ammo to feed the hunter at objective areas and avoid weapon types the hunter is using. The allows the hunter to remain a strong position player.
5. Manage your fear. It is an important mechanic the demon relies on to outpace your leveling and assassinate early. Stick with your leader, rest inside buildings or make use of matchsticks, but do not ignore it.
6. During phase two objectives, switch your priorities depending on the progress bar. The exorcism revives all companions. But progress is slower with one person on objective rather than 4. If progress has a long way to go, focus on keeping your team alive even if it means leaving the circle. If it is close to completion, stay inside the ring. Do not do the opposite.
7. It is dangerous to 1v1 a possessed unit. It usually is not worth the time gambling a duel if you are not a warrior and even then it is a risk that pays way more to the demon if they win. The only hard counter is stick together early game and from the very beginning. Warriors and leaders should team up to encourage others to.
8. A warrior is only as strong as the team they protect. They should never run so far ahead they cannot protect the people behind them from a tough enemy. When they are not around, the team is far more likely to fall apart. As the final survivor, they will be overwhelmed by the fed demon.
