[Years of passion wrapped up into one silver body...]
Keiichiro Aizawa, a young university student and son of the legendary racer Koichi Aizawa, decides to follow in the footsteps of his father and starts to pursue a life of street racing. Attempting to make his father's wish come true, he seeks the help of Tokyo's best tuners to refine his Supra into one of the fastest cars on the expressway. With the seven tuners' passion and experience combined, a true "Monster Machine" is born.

Strategy
[Akio - Normal] It's nice having an SP Battle again after dealing with green SP bars for the past few missions. All you have to do here is pass Aizawa on the second or third turn and that's it. Neither Tatsuya or Aizawa have rubberbanding in this mission, so it's very easy to win once you get the first few turns down.
[Akio - Hard] Same as Akio - Normal. Be careful entering the first turn if you're going for an early overtake as it can get very cramped through there. You can see in the video I only just barely made it through without touching Aizawa, so I would advise you to stay back and pass at the S curves instead.

[Tatsuya - Normal] Same as Akio - Normal, but with a worse handling car. Nothing has changed here aside from your starting position and vehicle. Akio isn't much of an issue here since he doesn't really rubberband either, so it's still the same easy mission.
[Tatsuya - Hard] Same as Akio - Hard. Again, nothing really changes here. You can do another tight squeeze through the second turn and overtake Aizawa like I did, but I don't recommend it since it's harder to pull off consistently with the Blackbird.

[Aizawa - Normal] Same as Tatsuya - Normal, but with an even worse handling car. Unlike Akio and Tatsuya, the challenge here doesn't come from your rivals, but instead from the piece of shit Supra the game gives you. For whatever reason known only by Genki, Aizawa's JZA80 handles terribly in this mission and THIS MISSION ONLY. Anywhere else, it handles just fine. The video and my driving doesn't do it justice, it honestly feels like you're driving on ice.
Anyways, neither Akio or Tatsuya have rubberbanding during this mission, so as long as you can keep the Supra under control, you'll be fine. Interestingly, the objective mentions only taking the lead after 80 seconds have passed; however, nothing happens if you take the lead early, so just get out in front and don't look back. Midway through one of C1 Outer's sharp rights, your engine will blow and the mission will end shortly after.
[Aizawa - Hard] Same as Aizawa - Normal. Obviously, you can't bounce off walls or traffic like you could before, so a lot of caution needs to be taken to make it through the route successfully. Focus on the road ahead and pay no mind to Akio or Tatsuya as they'll both fall behind rather quickly if you drive well.
After your engine blows, you shouldn't have to worry about getting hit if you drove well enough. If either Akio or Tatsuya are behind you entering the trigger point, pull into the left lane and wait it out.
