[300km/h on the Akasaka Straight...]
After crashing during a top speed run at Yatabe, Masaki had stepped away from the world of racing. After encountering the Devil's Z on the Wangan Line one night, Masaki decides to return to racing and challenges Akio and Tatsuya to a race around C1 Inner. With the goal of 300km/h in mind, Masaki is determined to push his newly tuned FD3S to its limits.

Strategy
[Akio - Normal] Overtake at the first few turns and don't look back. Tatsuya and Masaki don't have any rubberbanding (if they do, it's not very strong), so you won't need to worry about them much. Get a good exit on the last corner before the Akasaka Straight and you'll be fine. If traffic screws you over at the last section, just try again until you can do it successfully.
[Akio - Hard] Like with Series 2, Akio starts at the back which helps a lot considering how the AI drives. During the first section, slip past Tatsuya after he swings wide at the first corner. Do the same to Masaki after getting past the very uneven section of road a bit later. If you don't feel confident passing Masaki this early, just stay behind and pass him at the next few turns. Once you get past the first section, it's the same as Akio - Normal.

[Tatsuya - Normal] Same as Akio - Normal. Same route, same objective, different starting position. Get a good exit out of the last turn and you'll be golden.
[Tatsuya - Hard] Same as Akio - Hard. Akio is very likely to take himself out of the race early on since his pathing sends him right into the back of a Hiace, and Masaki doesn't put up much of a fight after passing. The last section might be rough, but otherwise, it's the same easy mission.

[Masaki - Normal] Genki must've not liked Masaki very much, as he's the only character in this Series that has to deal with the "chain" rubberbanding this game has. In this case, it's Tatsuya who will be riding your ass most of the time.
After entering the tunnel, Tatsuya will gain a massive burst of speed and will easily catch you if you're ahead. Block him if you can; it won't matter much as he'll usually end up slowing down not long after passing you. Once you exit the tunnel, the mission is over.
[Masaki - Hard] This one can be a bitch if you're not prepared. The narrow section of northern C1 Inner does not lend itself well to clean racers. Like in Series 2 with Hiramoto, let Tatsuya pass at the start of the mission then overtake him at the first turn.
Drive through the rest of the first section like usual until you reach the tunnel. As soon you get to the tunnel, switch to bumper cam if you haven't and watch for Tatsuya after his boost activates. He will not hesitate to ram you at this point, so watch for his position and move out of his way ASAP. After he passes you, you can simply overtake him again.
Much like with Series 2 - Hiramoto, be very careful not to get rammed after your engine blows as you are not protected from failing during these scripted events.
