Koichi Kijima, renowned automobile critic and host of the hit TV show [Drive GOGO], learns of the Devil's Z through his co-host Reina Akikawa. After meeting with Akio, Kijima asks to take the Devil's Z for a drive. Trailing close behind, Reina and Akio watch as Kijima experiences the legendary Z for himself.

Strategy
[Akio - Normal] This is easily one of the most annoying missions in WMPS2 to play as Genki intended, but it's also one of the only missions that's actually challenging on Normal. First thing's first, Kijima drives like absolute shit. There are a lot of corners on the route you drive where he will slam on the brakes out of nowhere, which can lead to an easy fail if you don't immediately slam the brakes too. Staying close can be a real challenge as if you slow down just a bit too much, Kijima can easily pull away from you.
Secondly, the 100 meter restriction applies to when you're in front or behind Kijima and there's no way to see the exact distance between you and him at any point. You either have to take a wild guess or always stay close. Thankfully, the route you drive is pretty simple overall; the only real obstacles are the dividers at the end of the route. The only real advice here is to not give up and keep trying.
[Akio - Hard] Everything from the Normal version applies here except now, you have to be very cautious around Kijima as he loves to wander in and between lanes. Yokohane is the easiest section once you figure out his braking zones.
After you reach C1 Inner, I highly recommend switching over to the chase cam as being able to see around you is extremely important in the narrow sections that follow. Hold on through C1 Inner as best as you can and you should be at Edobashi in no time. Be very careful around the last divider; you want to get as best of a run through it as you can, but you should also be mindful of how narrow it is. If you can pull it off, you should be able to cruise to the finish with no issues.

[Kijima - Normal] After the royal pain in the ass that was Series 8 - Akio, Series 8 - Kijima is a breath of fresh air. No restrictions aside from having to drive cleanly, which you should be able to handle at this point in the game. Akio will stay chained to you and does a good job of adjusting to your speed, so just go all out and have fun with the route. Of course, be sure to drive more carefully once you reach C1 Inner and only go flat out if you trust yourself.
[Kijima - Hard] Same as Kijima - Normal. The addition of hitting cars causing you to fail really doesn't change much since traffic is rather sparse during this mission. If you beat the Normal version easily, then you should be able to finish the Hard version of this with no problems.
