Command:
summon ArmorStand x y z {ShowArms:true,DisabledSlots:1,NoGravity:true,Invisible:1,Invulnerable:0,Small:false,Equipment:[{id:diamond_pickaxe,Count:1},{},{},{},{}],Pose:{RightArm:[-45.0f,0.0f,0.0f]}}

Just copy & paste that to your command block! Then change those x y z coordinates! (Pickaxe spawns to those coordinates).

Then just place any ore under that pickaxe! :)

TIPS:
- X coordinate should end 0.99 (for example 123.99) I dont know anymore... I think it doesnt need to be like that :D just 124
- Y should end .9 (for example 42.9)
- Z can be any, different places make it look better (.0 - .9)
So that would be 123.99 42.9 0.9 (X Y Z)

YOU CAN TEST DIFFERENT COORDINATES

NOTE: you can change that pickaxe type to any pickaxe, for example iron pickaxe. Just change that "id:diamond_pickaxe" to "id:iron_pickaxe"
