Structure blocks have been in minecraft since 1.9, but can be used to rotate, flip, mirror your builds in 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15 as well. You can use the save and corner modes to save a build and then place it back down using the load mode. You can select the orientation of the build and if you want to flip it horizonally or vertically. If mcedit or bling edit doesn't work for a new minecraft version, this definitely will!
