[You do NOT need to use a Touchscreen at all, you only need to use the option! :D]
You can't see this in the video:
On Touchscreen Mode, you just press outside the inventory to close it WITHOUT dropping the items. Yes, it is that easy.
I can't believe this is real. I figured this accidentally...epic.
It works on all versions with Touchscreen Option as far as I know.
