NOTE: Updated to allow for new 32768 block limit

The pesky 4096 block limit on clone commands is no match for the power of mcedit. I wrote a filter that creates multiple command blocks to clone a region well over 4096 blocks. Limitation: one dimension of the clone area must be less than or equal to 4096 (y direction in the least). I also give a thorough guide on using the filter and all its features.
