Hello, and welcome to Quixotic UHC Season 3. Quixotic is a /r/ultrahardcore recorded round, created by Wizard and TheSheepMasters, whilst being currently organized by the trio of Wizard, Vawqer, and KevinPirie.

This season had the gamemodes Potential Permanent and Blood Lapis+, while the team size was FFA. Potential Permanent has the players start the game with the normal ten hearts and ten absorption hearts. If a player heals such that their health would be over the normal ten hearts, the corresponding amount of absorption hearts become normal hearts that may be replenished if later lost. However, if the player takes damage before they convert their absorption hearts, that corresponding amount of hearts will be gone forever. Say a player takes one heart of damage, they would now have ten normal hearts and nine absorption hearts. Once they heal, they will only be able to heal up to a maximum of nineteen hearts. Blood Lapis+ makes it so that when a player mines lapis lazuli ore, they take half a heart of damage and only one to three lapis lazuli drops.
