This video is to remind myself how this circuit went together. I wanted the output to latch ON when the hopper minecart was full and only unlatch once the lower threshold of a signal strength of 6 was made. The idea was it would be less laggy if the sugarcane farm wasn't running when it was not needed.

The circuits in the video are not my design, I found them on Youtube from the videos listed below. I just found them convenient to couple together when dealing with hopper minecarts.
