This video will go through how to get shaders working with Minecraft 1.6.4 and 1.7.10 using Shaders Mod. I decided to use MultiMC and only use the shaders mod core for Forge/Optifine. This video and the links below should be everything you need to get the shaders in place :)

The near/far focus I mentioned in the part with Sildur's Shaders is avaliable in SEUS as well, use the "DOF" variant. I prepared for it but forgot to show it :) If you don't want that enabled in Sildur's, use the "high" version of that pack. At least it's disabled by default there.
