I was a bit nervous to tackle this project and topic so, it is a rather disorganized, disjointed effort, as such I want to apologize for how rough around the edges this video is; but, for those who are interested and can endure, I hope the intention comes through.

This is a "series" I mentioned wanting to do in my first "Minecraft PC commentary" video, where I take care of the more mundane in-game tasks (such as mining) and use that time to talk about a particular topic/issue; and, well, I finally made myself take a shot at it. Hopefully I can improve and make future installments a lot better - should I make more, that is.

In this video I touch on:

- "What social anxiety feels like" and "how to describe social anxiety" to others.
- "How to relate to someone with social phobia".
- "How to help someone with social phobia".
- Why I believe therapy and medication don't work, aren't always the most helpful solutions, and can even make the problem worse.
- "How to cope with social phobia" (also applicable to other issues) and work on self-improvement.
