Description:
The SSS temporarily split up to help various organizations with restoring order in Crossbell. However, the previous incident means Erebonia and Calvard are now a lot more hasty in their efforts to take over Crossbell. This, combined with Ouroboros's increasing activity in the region, is going to require even greater damage control efforts from the SSS.

0:00 Investigating the Suspicious Trader
We need to continue looking into Minneth, who convinced Derrick to give him the deeds to various plots of land in Armorica. According to Ian, this case smells of fraud and is similar to an older case where a man named Littner defrauded an Erebonian baron of his land. Sounds familiar?
At the MacDowell house, we find a pamphlet explaining that Quincy reps need to personally taste and judge products, which contradicts Minneth's dislike of sweets. It would have been wise for Minneth to get a sweets-loving accomplice for this scheme.
At the IBC, we learn that Minneth started an account for the Armorica Honey Company, but he only put the bare minimum amount of money into it, showing that he never had any intention of expanding the honey business. Confront Minneth with all this evidence at Armorica and reveal his true colors to Derrick. Thanks to Pete, we also learn that Minneth and Littner are the same person. Unfortunately, Minneth calls upon several Blade Cougars to force the SSS to let him escape. If we can't catch him this game, I'm going to have to hope Rean catches him in CSIII or later.
40:01 Redelivering the Misdeliveries
Capua Express failed to label their packages correctly, causing them to be sent to the wrong recipients. You'll have to visit various locations to exchange packages. The final package is a doll, which goes to the empty house next to Rep Campbell's house. A girl will receive the doll, and the two look almost exactly alike. When Imelda comes in, she reveals that there are no other residents of this place other than herself. In the back room, it turns out the girl was also a doll, and that the two dolls are actually sisters. Imelda's hoarding of suspicious goods accidentally turned her storage house into a haunted area where the higher elements are active!
Sadly, we don't get to ask the Capua employee about the incident with Minneth/Littner. We should team up to catch that damn fraudster!
