Description:
The SSS temporarily split up to help various organizations with restoring order in Crossbell. However, the previous incident means Erebonia and Calvard are now a lot more hasty in their efforts to take over Crossbell. This, combined with Ouroboros's increasing activity in the region, is going to require even greater damage control efforts from the SSS.

0:00 Boat House
I recommend going for the cryptid near the boat house first because of the rewards. The fishing guild members allow you to enter the wooden gate, which leads to a giant plant monster.
3:14 Boss: Hydra Plant
This boss is weak to space, but also has some nasty AOE moves. Obviously, use the evade bait strategy to keep the Plant Arms off the casters.

Despite having the first few pages of Joachim's Gnosis records decrypted, they don't make the connection to Pleroma Grass. The fishing guild will give the Viking Rod to Lloyd, which means it's time to go after the next Elite Four. Of course, I went and got some other fish first, including the unique fish at the liberated fishing spots.
14:40 Fishing Duel: Kaguya, the Dragon Queen
You need to capture a big enough fish to qualify to face her. In Kaguya's duel, both sides must reel up three fish and the winner is determined by the total size of of their three fish. You'll want to use the Viking Rod + carp each time to get the biggest fish. You won't be able to take on the next opponent until you catch 29 fish, which is currently impossible because the Ancient Battlefield is blocked off.

Go to the midpoint bus stop on Ursula Byroad and head down to the lower area. You'll find a cave that leads to the next cryptid, a massive not-Lapras.

Elon Mush is a giant turtle? This boss is weak to Mirage arts and its main attack can hit anyone anywhere while causing Faint. Eventually, it'll start charging up for a magic-based craft, so have A-Reflect ready.

This time, you can examine the blue plant and pick it, causing the distortion in the area to disappear. You can also fish at the spot where the cryptid was standing.
Be sure to visit the CPD to hand over your fragment, which should completely decrypt the "About the Cult" section of Joachim's logs.

At Crossbell Cathedral, the SSS will meet Ian Grimwood, who is working on a constitution for Mayor Crois. Before going inside, be sure to go to the cemetary and talk to the old lady for another Agnes book. Inside the cathedral, the party will show the flower to Archbishop Eralda, but he refuses to give any info about it. Fortunately, Ries is more willing to help and she confirms that the flower is Pleroma Grass. Like Joachim's notes said, these plants grow atop septium veins and have magical properties. They're also the very same flowers that Seiland was discussing, and they're used in Gnosis pills.
Considering we found these plants near fishing spots, it's probably no coincidence that Joachim is a fishing enthusiast. Maybe he used his fishing as a cover to harvest Pleroma Grass.
