Part 23 of 27, of a walkthrough for Miss Clue: Formula for Danger. This is a free online game, which is a mixture of Nancy Drew and Pride and Prejudice. In this video, Jane escapes from the culprit's area, which causes Chapter 13 to start. She finds all of her stuff, then she starts on the overly complicated chess puzzle. She fails.

The chess puzzle requires you to enter the chess board setup into the decoding machine. I'm not sure how the correct setup matches with the picture in the book, but it works. It gives you the number of a different chess puzzle, which you want to recreate on the chessboard.
