TIMESTAMPS FOR OBLIGATORY ACTIONS & ITEMS FOR GOOD ENDING.
04:35 - talk to the weird child in the dog mask about mask shortage.
05:08 - talk to Mizuiks mother, she won't let you in, even if you ask the copper to help you
08:38 - follow the path & pick up note about your son (Akiko's house)
09:48 - no one is anwering, go round back and talk to grandma
12:30 - go inside the house, Akiko's door is locked, go back tell grandma and she tells you there is a key somewhere (timestamp is for the key)
13:15 - pick up key in Akiko's room
14:28 - the phone rings in the kitchen, pick up.
15:10 - go out back again, the key you picked up in Akiko's room is for the shed.
15:20 - pick up Mizuki's omamori (whatever that is, looks like a keyring) - note the sythe to your left, you can't pick it up yet.
16:00 - note that grandma is gone, and enter the house again, talk to the child on the stairs, and ask about her food, she is snacking on dogfood.
18:38 - go back to the police station, save and go talk to the obnoxious guy at the vending machine, he wants a drink
19:27 - go back to Mizukis and show the mother the Omamori, she will then let you in.
20:08 - enter Mizuki's room and find the computer is locked with a password, talk to the mother she doesn't know the password.
20:54 - go upstairs and enter mothers room, read the note (timestamp is for the note) Mizuki's mother will then get super angry with you, and ask you to leave.
21:26 - But pick up the box of masks on the l left side of mothers bed before you go (she won't mind)
22:25 - go to Kanae's house, speak with the creepy gardner, he wants something to make his life easier. Continue straight ahead and turn right, there are some stone steps up to Kanae's house, you knock but there aren't anyone home, go back down to where you are parked, and you will me met by Kanae's father.
27:02 - he will let you in. Go straight for the sofa table and pick up the candy (timestamp for candy)
27:12 - read the article about you and your son on the dining table. (side note - Takumi was 14 in the first note, but 12 in the second.. oh Chilla how I love you)
28:02 - enter Kanae's room and open her desk drawer, it is locked. Go back to the father in the kitchen and ask about they key. He will tell you that it's behind something.

30:39 - when you walk through the kitchen, father is gone - pick up his beer.
32:05 - Open the desk drawer, read the diary (plenty hints in that) - rip Kanae's pillow, take the strongbox key
32:51 - go to the police station and give the obnoxious man the fathers beer, he will give you a BLUE WINDMILL (before he runs off like a true creep)
33:37 - go to Mizukis, go to the backyard and find a dog laying in the grass, it won't move.
35:29 - go to Akikos, go to the shed in the back and you can now pick up the sythe, enter the house and talk to the child on the stairs, swap your candy for her dogsnacks.
37:22 - go back to Mizukis and give the dogsnacks to the dog, it will then dig up an strongbox in the garden, open it with your key to find the password for Mizukis computer.
38:06 - go to Mizuki's room and read her message and email on the computer.
39:09 - return to the dogmask kid at the end of the street, give him the box of masks, he will give you a RED WINDMILL.
39:55 - go to Kanaes and walk down to the parkinglot, give the syche to the gardner, and he will give you a GREEN WINDMILL

HERE IS WHERE THE ENDINGS DEVIATE. FOR THE GOD ENDING:
41:29 - go to mizukis, turn around and walk past the copper and down the path, and almost straight ahead. you'll find another path flanked by lanterns, go up that path and offer the windmills to the altar.
44:25 - then go to the park, cross the playground and enter the path at the far end, turn right and go to the dock, then continue unto the bridge walk untill you come to the end of it - watch the ending.

HERE IS HOW YOU GET THE BAD ENDING:
47:26 - Basically you do the same up untill 39:55 mark, but you can skip all the fetch quests - as in the beer, the syche and the masks. If you have windmills or not, do not offer them to the altar. So for this explanation, let's assume you do have the windmills. Go straight from Kanaes to the park, you will hear someone cry, and a dark figure on the junglegym, also the copper is gone, you can't leave. Go to the bridge and walk till you reach the end, go forth and look into the water - watch the ending.
