This awesome mod made by Atlas, along with the useful homebrew app made by fishguy6564, allows you to appear as anywhere in the world on Mario Kart Wii. It adds a flag to every region that didn't have one in the main game, and it even supports countries and regions that were never on the Wii, such as North Korea and Antarctica, or Ceuta and Melilla in Spain! This is definitely one of my favourite mods, though it is still in development and more stuff may be added soon.
