This one is a classic in the qbasic community. It wasn't even compiled with qb4.5, you have to run it through qb1.1 pure interpreter and still it was quite smooth with music playing most of the time (excluding when there are a lot of explosions). Rarely I've played qbasic games where controls work smoothly and there is music, especially running only from interpreter.
