Using the following jump technique as seen in the video it's possible to access previously inaccessible areas.

This trick is very hard to pull off, Randomised Gaming found the best way to do it was hold down the A button to continuously call Pepe while press Up and B, C buttons at the same time. We tried it in a few places and it allows you to gain early access to the Moon Gate and Stream Sanctuary.
