Bonus beers: a raspberry, strawberry fruited sour and a New England style IPA! These two fine beers were not planned so I didn't consider them paired with Moonlighter but I was just having too much fun to stop! The final delve into Moonlighter - an addicting mashup of Zelda like dungeon crawling and Recetear like shop management!

Now onto the beer! Moonlighter was too addicting for me to stop and I still had some chumlies watching on stream, so I dug into the fridge to see what beers I had on-hand to keep the party raging! I pulled two more beers to round it out:

🍓 Seeds of Darkness raspberry and strawberry sour from Heathen Brewing

You could argue that this one pairs with the game, after all you can't have the Moonlighter without the darkness! This fruity sour was refreshing and tasty, and I'm always partial to raspberry sours. Strawberry is very hard to work into beer, and most of the strawberry sours/saisons that I've tried have mainly missed the mark. Nice job to Heathen Brewing, this one went down super easy!

🍍 Colin Robinson New England style IPA from Standard Brewing

I'm a huge fan of What We Do In the Shadows, both the series on FX and the mockumentary film. When my buddies at Standard made this beer, I just had to buy it. Normally I'm not huge on IPAs but this one was actually very delicious. Hazy, lots of citrus, and crushable. Luckily it didn't drain my energy like our pal Colin Robinson would've. I powered through more Moonlighter anyway!
