3Another night, another dream, always another dungeon run with some great beer from Holy Mountain Brewing! More Moonlighter - an addicting mashup of Zelda like dungeon crawling and Recetear like shop management! I did some delving of my own into the beer cellar, and unearthed some mighty tasty treats! These aren't for sale though, they'll be crucial magic elixirs needed to aid us on this quest!

Now onto the beer! Holy Mountain gets featured a lot on this channel and for good reason. They're the kings of brett (Brettanomyces) and banging out top-class oak aged sours and saisons on the regular. Moon Temple is no exception, brewed in collaboration with Jing-A Brewing Co from Beijing. In addition to brett, this delicious sour boasts flavors of the mandarin oranges and a blend of black and green teas imparted into the aging process. I don't even really like tea all that much and this beer was still seriously tasty. So cheers to Holy Mountain, Jing-A, and that wild, wascally brett strain!
