Monday Night Brewing & Broforce! (Let's Drink & Play)
4Broforce is an indie action platformer that's near and dear to my heart. Monday Night Brewing had a beer that fit in perfectly with the theme of this game - Tears of My Enemies Imperial Milk Stout aged in Scotch barrels! I was looking for something silly and ridiculous to stream on July 4th and Broforce was a perfect match. Part Contra, part Super Meat Boy, but 100% balls to the wall action! The game is a flamboyant, passionate love letter to 80's action film machismo and if you've seen any other of my videos on this channel you'll know how much I appreciate that. See if you can spot all the references in this game to some of your favorite 80's movies and TV shows!

Now onto the beer! Monday Night Brewing hails from HOTLANTA! Nobody there calls it that, so I'm told, but whatever. MNB brought the FIRE with Tears of my Enemies Batch 2 - an Imperial Milk Stout aged in Scotch barrels with chocolate, coffee, and vanilla added. After 2 years of rest this banger was dropped deep into the jungle via chopper to infiltrate a terrorist cell hellbent on destruction! With each explosion, each grenade, and each bullet flying through Broforce I get to take a sip of those delicious 'Turrist tears! The scotch barrel is subtle but provides a nice backbone for a milk stout that's not overly sweet, even with the addition of chocolate and vanilla. The coffee has faded with no extra bitterness there, so it all melds into a slightly sweet, slightly smoky, and overall MEGA TASTE FORCE! Fit for combat! BROFORCE!
