6We return to the dungeon with Moon Path from Urban Family Brewing! Back for another round of Moonlighter - an interesting mash up of Zelda like dungeon crawling and Recetear like shop management! I did some delving of my own into the beer cellar, and unearthed some mighty tasty treats! These aren't for sale though, they'll be crucial magic elixirs needed to aid us on this quest!

Now onto the beer! Urban Family is a rising star of the massive Seattle brewing scene. They're cranking out a wide variety of styles, but one area they specialize in is sours. Moon Path was released a few years back, but it's a prime example of the maturation of their fruited sour efforts. This foedre-aged blackberry & black currant sour ale comes out swinging with bursting notes of berries and light carbonation. The oak gives it depth that most kettle sours are not able to reach, and is a light but dangerously crushable sour with hardly any tartness. Well done Urban Family!
